Fall Break Camp:

Science of History  Oct. 2-6 2017

The Science of History camp will take a look at what goes on behind the ropes. Campers will learn how to handle artifacts. They will learn about the chemistry of cleaning artifacts and what precautions need to be taken to properly store them. They will also create an exhibit from beginning to end, which will be displayed in the museum.

Campers will delve into the art of storytelling and giving tours and the different methods of interpreting the history. Your child will learn what it takes to interpret the past for today’s audience.
