Join our Curator, behind the ropes, on an exclusive tour of the Davis home and farm buildings. Explore spaces that are typically closed to daytime guests and see artifacts that are not on public display. Guests are encouraged to bring their own flashlight for this “after dar’ tour. This tour is for adults only and tickets should be purchased online in advance as space is limited
This is sure to be a great day full of fun for the whole family! Storytellers will compete for cash prizes, food, vendors and so much fun. Bring your lawn chair and sit back and enjoy the beautiful historic grounds while you hear some great storytellers weave their magic tales.

Days on the Farm, living history event, will take place onsite from 9am-1pm today. Guided house tours will only be offered during this special event time and the site will close to the public at 3pm. Regular hours and guided tours will resume on Saturday May 3
The site will be closed to the public as our staff participates in Tennessee Museum Advocacy Day on the Hill with our Legislators in downtown Nashville.
There will be no guided (daytime) tours offered. The site will open at 6pm for the After Hours History After Dark Tour series. Tickets must be purchased online in advance for this tour program.
Regular hours and daily guided tours will resume on Monday February 24
The site is closed to the public in January with the exception of pre-booked special events & programs.
Bring your toddlers for a morning of learning through Creative Play.
Games, Crafts, Hikes, Experiments, Live Animals and so much more...will make this an event that you and your toddler do not want to miss. Toddler Tuesdays take place on the last Tuesday of every month from 10:00-11:00am (rain or shine). During nice weather, pack your lunch and plan to stay and enjoy the grounds after the program.
$8 per Toddler (or participating sibling), Parent/Guardians-Free.

Children shared eerie ghost stories at parties, fortune tellers foretold the future, and boys lit firecrackers and shot guns on Christmas morning! Join us for this, Adults Only, after dark tour and hear how different the Christmas holiday was prior to the twentieth century
Join us for this special holiday themed tea party. All ages are welcome to join in the festive fun which includes crafts, photo opts, and delicious tea service. Limited space available. Tickets must be purchased in advance.

Walk the dimly lit halls and hear stories of the tragic and haunting past, trek to the Davis family cemetery by lantern light . End your night roasting marshmallows by the open fire. This tour is for adults only; must be 18 years of age to attend.
